The company operating the mobile application iPaint (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, flawless performance, or complete security of the app and its associated services. The Operator is not liable for any damages incurred by users while using the app or its services.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the app’s functionality at any time, without prior notice and for any duration deemed necessary.
Any reproduction or distribution of the visual content or materials found within the iPaint application for commercial use on third-party websites, platforms, or media is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Operator. An exception applies to sharing content on social media platforms with proper attribution and a link back to iPaint.
Distribution of iPaint content for non-commercial or private use is permitted, provided that a clear reference or backlink to iPaint is included.
Copying or reverse engineering the functional code or mechanisms used in the iPaint app is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Operator.

When using iPaint, users are required to comply with the laws of their own country as well as applicable regulations of the Slovak Republic. In case of any breach of legal regulations or these terms of use, the Operator reserves the right to share user data, including private information, with the appropriate authorities.
